"At first meeting, he seems like a caring and competent coach. This is all fake. He does not know how to build a positive team culture and makes poor decisions on how to use the resources he has on his roster. He is quick to make judgments without an adequate assessment of situations and also took a solid team as a head coach and drove it into the ground to have progressively worse seasons each year. He doesn't have any ability to actually connect with the players and motivate them."
