"After years of dedication to this program, I was unexpectedly cut as a senior, along with a 5th-year player, with absolutely no explanation. This coach has never cut upperclassmen before, making it clear that decisions are made based on personal bias rather than performance or commitment. Communication is almost nonexistent, and if you’re not a favorite, expect to be overlooked regardless of your work ethic or ability. Players are not given clear expectations or feedback, making it impossible to improve in the ways the coach supposedly wants. Morale suffers because of inconsistent decision-making, and many athletes feel unsupported despite giving everything to the team. If you’re considering this program, be aware that loyalty and effort mean nothing here. The lack of respect for veteran players speaks volumes about the program’s leadership. Think twice before committing your time and energy to a coach who does not value their athletes."
