He goes above and beyond for his players and wants to see them succeed in life outside of soccer, as well! As a coach he will push you to your limits and challenge you to be the best player you can be. He sees potential in his players and helps them to see their own potential too! Team culture is a top priority for him and he works hard to continue improving it as players come and go. Great guy and great coach! "

"One of, if not the, best coach’s I’ve had. Juan really cares about his players, not just as a player but more as a person. He puts in a lot of effort to his team to make it the best possible. He creates a very safe environment for all players to be comfortable and have a family. He always is trying to help you improve yourself on and off the field. Juan’s style is playing simple. We always should play how we practice, and we have had so much success with that. All of this has made our team culture one of the best teams I’ve been on. Everyone is super supportive and caring and is here to play for each other. "
