"Over the fall season, I often put in two-a-day practices to make up time missed for classes. When I initially made the team, she commended my hard work and that I would see playing time. She moved me from my starting position in right field, where I had performed well the season before, and put me in to catch. Once practices were underway, I had been doing well in the catching position as well. Once our team started the spring season, which is 10 games in one week in Florida (paid for by the players), I only saw two innings in the field. The standards by which Zache used to evaluate the players were non-existent. She often played players on whims, and would give unequal chances for players to earn playing time. When asked about what areas I needed to improve on, she could not give me an answer. A week later, she told me that she consulted the assistant coaches and decided that I should work on "being vocal", when multiple players had always commended me for having "good talk" on the field. She only truly coached a handful of players on the team and didn't care about anyone else. She's the type of coach who doesn't play seniors- on senior day, no less. She moved me out of position and never intended on playing me this season. She only kept me on the team so that someone could always be warming up pitchers. Zache is manipulative, dishonest, and selfish."
