"Honestly, she has been the worst coach I have ever had in all my years of playing multiple sports at multiple levels. The culture of Wagner Lacrosse has been ruined under her watch. She truly does not care about players. She leaves the office at 11am every day and is so hard to reach. She lies to your face at any given moment. Oh yeah, she also lets the 2 assistant coaches walk all over her. She has no game sense and does not know how to utilize players. There is 0 creativity in practice or games. She and her stay also accuses players of things they do not do. She should not be a college coach, let alone a head coach. She was a great player and I hope one day she learns how to translate that into her coaching style. For now, I’d stay far away from Kelly McP. "
