"Dempsey lacks professionalism is non-communicative, void of any sort of ability to create a team environment and completely self-serving. Any knowledge of the game is overshadowed by these important attributes needed to build a successful program. I would seriously consider all of your options before playing for any team he is a part of."
"The travesty that is Wofford women’s soccer with Kevin Dempsey at the helm. He’s not a player oriented coach. He does not care about developing his players and has repeatedly told his current team they are all expendable and will bring in his own recruits to replace them all. Despite their hard work he’s also told them they are not qualified for a D1 program. This includes his seniors. He also has penalized anyone who enters the portal despite the fact that he forced them to do so. This is not a good man and the AD could care less about your players either. Having the current freshman recruits sign commitments and then the very next day sending them each an email telling them the coach who recruited them was fired. TOTALLY UNETHICAL PROGRAM. "
