"Coach Eagle is a great coach (or now director) his biggest flaw is that sometimes he’s not the best with communication about things but he tries his best. He genuinely sees you as a person first and not just your stats. To that point, one time i ran my worst race at a conference meet. I was very upset and he came over and told me that it was ok. He wasn’t angry or if he was he hid it very well, and that meant a lot. "
