"Really believe that he's a good guy and cares about each player personally. There have definitely been situations where he's in over his head and his "solutions" weren't the best but he's always willing to talk about it and genuinely tries to improve. I think he has a lot of volleyball knowledge, could be better at his delivery of it. "
"Knows a lot about the game, but mostly about setting because he was a setter in college. Really cares about his players and wants the best for all of them. Recruits the players that have positive attitudes and will bond well with the rest of the team. Team chemistry and communication is the most important to him. "
