"Can be intimidating at first, but is fun when you get to know him. Can be a bit quirky, but in a good way I have heard critiques that he can be headstrong and overlook athlete's thoughts (specifically in pole vault/high jump) I went to him a lot during my career for help with stuff on and off the track, and he was always there for me; a stand-up guy."
