"Lauren, while relatively knowledgeable about the sport, is extremely manipulative, and pits teammates against each other because she believes it will foster a competitive environment. She is too proud to make changes within her team and admit when she is wrong, and she will only hire staff members who agree with her and her methods. Many players have crumbled under the stress of her mind games, and 7 players from the 2022 season either transferred or quit. If you don't agree with her, it automatically means disrespect. Everything is a game or a test, and her teams often regress throughout the season. If you love the game of volleyball, do not play for this coach."
