"Coach Glenn is a great coach. Intense. And generally fair and straight forward. She is very structured and has high expectations for her athletes. I loved all four years rowing for her. The people who don't like Coach Glenn are people she has called out for not giving their best effort. She is not going to baby you through this process. "

"Has some good days, mostly bad. You never know where you stand with her, her mood changes by the hour. Plays favorites, punishes students for attempting to do what is needed for academics, punishes for injuries, punishes for offending her (you never know if what you say will be taken the wrong way). Double standards for her favorite rowers, rarely open to feedback (specifically forbidden while in the boat), does not seat race fairly or appropriately, overall has no idea how to make fast boats"
