"Your experience depends on if she likes you. For me, I was in the middle. She is a bit manipulative and way too involved in athlete's personal lives. Unhealthy team culture. Tells the 1V girls to not stretch with the 2V girls even though we are teammates. Fast boats weren't a priority (our 1V was slower than our 2V)."

No. But her training plans make sense, she rarely goes over hours, and she truly wants the team to succeed. Come misunderstandings, she is more than willing to meet w/ you and explain."
