"Lisa’s coaching style is extremely difficult to deal with and often feels like constant mind games that wear players down mentally. She shows little regard for players’ mental health and doesn’t treat them with the respect they deserve. The environment feels toxic, and some of her comments can be deeply damaging. She creates a negative, overwhelming experience that can have a lasting, even life-altering impact on players. So much for the “culture” she loves to talk about. "
