"She stepped into a very difficult situation and inherited a team that has been through a lot of instability, so there were definitely growing pains in the fall. Even with that, it’s clear she is very knowledgeable, competitive, and wants to win. I do wish there had been more consistent proactiveness with academics and some organizational areas, but it is also her first season, so some of that is understandable. In practice, she is direct, intense, and demanding, but also supportive and holds everyone to a high standard. She brings structure, accountability, and clear expectations, which the program has badly needed. Overall, I’m optimistic and excited to see where she takes the team this season and moving forward."
