"He was very inconsistent with his players. One day you may be considered a starter and the next day you wont. You could have 5 really good performances in a row but if you have a bad 5 minutes or make a small mistake in the next game you will be demoted. It is hard to work back up because he can only recognize and remember mistakes. That really takes away from performances because if you are worried about making one mistake the whole time you will make many. "

"I was a trusted player on his team but still felt a little let down. His lack of knowledge of the tactical side of the sport really held us back during the season. While other teams were tactically sound and improved their systems all year, we spent the year with no system and tactics that changed every game. This made things very disorganized and didn't allow the team to get comfortable with the play style. "
