Training plan works well for most, but not all. 5 girls got hip surgery in the past year & she is still unable to be flexible about the methods of training that she focuses most on? Red flag. She definitely knows how to come up with successful training plans and can make a winning team. She puts a big emphasis on body weight which is unfortunate. Very accessible and easy to reach. "
