"I know this review may seem like someone who has had just one bad experience with this coach but I can reassure you it is not. He is very disorganized and plays favorites. If nothing goes his way he pushes it on to the players. If a practice cannot go on due to other school events he will set practice to a time that inconveniences all other players that may have plans. However I do agree practice is what you are signing up for when apart of the team however I do believe it is just as important for athletes to maintain relationships outside and when somethings supposed to end or not take place the same day it is troublesome. There is no organization with anything. Meetings and events are all thrown around. No matter how much effort and time you give in you will never be rewarded or appreciated for the things you have done. The things said to face are different than the words said to other people. He is inconsiderate and attack your personal life at times. He acts like you do not put in the effort and want to be a great player. Screams and yells instead of mature man to man conversations. If you do not listen to him and fully commit to his wants he will threaten to take you off the team or “find transfers for you”. Does not listen to feedback even though writes it down and “considers it”. "
