"I’ll be honest he’s a knowledgeable coach however sometimes he can’t coach very well. At times will be on his phone at practice or simply not paying attention. He also does not do much to pull the team together or foster a good team culture and puts that responsibility solely on the captains. Doesn’t learn from past experiences or want to listen to what you have to say with an open mind"
