Jabs is fair and thoughtful when it comes to decision making about people on the team. He focuses on self motivation and team communication, while pushing us to be better. His methods may seem though, but it builds the kind of athlete required for this sport. He knows how to joke around but also knows when to be serious. He doles out punishment when necessary, and focuses on people’s learning experiences, rather than getting angry at them for making a mistake. For those who think he is too harsh on his athletes or disagree with his methods have not come to the right team, and are not cut out for this sport. "
