Intense Disorganized Old School Mentality Poor Communication
"She does not care about mental health on her team as she tears players and staff apart. She loves to embarrass players and other coaches on the field making it very uncomfortable for everyone to watch. She is the most unprofessional coach I have ever played for and honestly embarrassing that I had to walk out on the field with her every game. She disrespects not only the team but her coaching staff, umpires, and gaming staff. I have never seen coaching staff or even anyone get treated so poorly when all they are trying to do is help out the team. She had been embarrassing and verbally hurting our assistant coach in front of everyone and the whole team could see how much this has affected her over the year. We can tell that the assistant coach’s mental health, due to Coach Corriea's behavior was ultimately destroying her as a kind human being. She talks down to me and other players and makes me feel useless like I haven't been playing softball for 13+ years. She's the biggest bully on the team never has faith in us during our season. She is the worst communicator EVERR. Every morning we, including other coaching staff, come to practice clueless, never knowing what the plan is for that morning or even the day because of the lack of communication from her and somehow we get yelled at for not setting up practice correctly or starting late because of her actions. I have also heard from multiple people that have played for saying she is an awful human being and rips people apart losing their love for the game. there’s definitely a lot more…"

"I don’t wish coach Corriea on any player. She is a bully to her players and assistant coaches. Corriea constantly talks down to players insulting them and making them feel useless. There is a reason so many players have left and why there’s a new assistant every year. She blames the dugout or her assistants for losing games but never looks in the mirror to blame it on herself or the players on the field. During pitching practice she will talk bad about other players putting the pitchers in a weird position even talking about other coaches. Her moods would be so up and down you never know what to expect so the team was always on pins and needles. She is very unorganized in general but especially with practice. The assistant coaches didn’t even know what to set up and we were always left guessing and then would get yelled at for not having something set up that she never told us about. No player should have to put up with the crazy of this coach. She will make you hate the game of softball and question your mental health. Many complaints have been made to the school and nothing ever changes if anything it gets worse. Good Luck if you play for her because you will need it. Her husband also works at the school in the athletic department and has a podcast “Be Better” Corriea needs to listen and make a change to BE BETTER. "
