"I will say she is very knowledgeable about the sport of lacrosse, if you want to learn the game better she is a coach of that, however, I want to say that you can learn the game at any other school also! Disclaimer: I am not sure who fault this is on but one example on how it is like to be apart of the team is you will work your a*s off and achieve milestones ie 100 GB, Goals, Saves and etc. However, if you weren't the "face" of the program, your milestone was not celebrated. I would hit the same milestone as my teammate, my teammate would get a post on the Athletics page with graphics and I would not. Another example, is one team gets to keep the ball for a milestone..I did not. These are examples of the demoralization that goes on with the program which created a toxic program where we as players felt like why try if we do not get the recognization for the hard work we are putting in. She made us rank eachother in categorize (I'm not sure if that's normal but it was demoralizing for some of my teammates) It's like she wants us to be competitive which is great! However she never hid the fact that she has favorites or awarded the players that weren't so it creates a "why try" environment. She is extremely passive aggressive, understanding to some, but not others. Would make players choose between academics or lacrosse games (not my story to tell). However, I will say if you are a playing majoring in something easy, not involved in campus and have a lot of time on your hands, she'll love that!! She offers time during the day to work on skills, I think that's great to get that one on one but if you didn't take advantage of that...you are on the naughty list. Again, I'm a very competitive player, I am not a perfect player, I have flaws, this isn't some angry player who didn't get playing time (She couldn't even keep players from quitting). This is coming from someone who is reflecting on their career and realized that I was along with my teammates truly suffered from being coached by her. "
