"I still have Coach Melody as my coach, and she does not respect her players. She often tells me to demonstrate skills I have never been taught or performed before. She regularly calls players out in front of the group and tells us to “do better” without explaining what we did wrong. If one person messes up during a drill, we are required to start over completely, again with no clear feedback or instruction. While she does have strong technical skills, her coaching style is extremely intense and discouraging. If you are looking for a practice environment where you can learn, grow, and feel safe making mistakes, I would not recommend this coach."
