"I would give zero stars if I could. Intimidation. Yelling. Secret meetings where you are humiliated as a player. Players play on injuries. Claims she supports mental health but is exactly the opposite. Not a good environment for academics. Tons of missed classes. Missed all required new student activities. Has not coached a winning season since she began at WIT. "
"Disrespectful to players. Bottom of the league. Horrible practices - simplistic drills with no real team development. Players lack skill and coach does nothing to improve that. Coach is a yeller and tries to motivate using negative reinforcement. Coach picks sides in team conflict. No leadership. "
"Negative interaction with players. Players avoid open communication. Large amounts of player turnover every year. Team has talent but coach has been unable to determine how to get them to connect on the field. Tries to present a supportive atmosphere but reality is very different. "

"Things are not what they seem here. Team is required to act supportive on the sideline...players get yelled at if they are not cheering enough. Players are managed by fear. Many play on injuries, just so they don't have to talk to the coach. Coach says that mental health is a priority...this is a t-shirt only type of support - wear the suicide prevention t-shirt, but then shout and manipulate players until they either quit the team or stop asking for help. Eight non-senior players chose to leave the team last year (1 in 3 leave). Recruits a big number of freshman every year because half of them leave in the first year.
