"He's a good guy and means well, but my experience with him hasn't been the best over the years. I don't find him very inspiring and practices are really pointless as we tend to do the same thing over and over again when there are other things that need to be worked on. There has been a general lack a discipline on the team and it is completely due to the coaching staff. Overall, if I didn't love my team and school so much I would have transferred after the first season"
