"Coach has been in this job far too long, and got comfortable even though the results are pretty bad each and every year. Recruiting is pretty much non-existent, and would just take on recruits without even seeing them play actual games. During recruiting, make sure to ask where he sees you - immediate impact or year 2, year 3, etc. Style of play is the same no matter the opponent - just kick the ball as hard as you can. It's appalling how he treats some players for no apparent reason. This program is no more than a high school PE class, and fitness is not a priority. Players don't care for him, but just go along because he can be very vindictive. PRO TIP: make sure to spend time in his office, and you will get minutes."
