"Selfish head coach that likes to hang his hat on the number of years he has been a coach. Years of experience doesn’t mean direct competency. Likes to claim in recruiting visits that he has a 100% retention and 100% graduation rate with players. Not even close to true. Resorts to physical punishment for disciplinary issues instead of walking alongside players. Immature during games. Lacks professionalism. Not a stable presence. Thinks he is above the law."
