"I can’t wait for the day that this coach retires. She’s old, rude, inconsiderate, abusive- the list goes on and on. She goes from body shaming her players when she’s the biggest one in the gym to talking smack about her own players to other players on the team to treating the team like children to giving her team emotional whiplash. If you want to approach her and ask for feed back she’ll get mad at you and bully you but if you don’t ask her for feedback she’ll make you feel bad for not coming up to her. She treats her bench players and red-shirts like trash. One day she wants you more involved in drills then the next she takes you out of drills for no reason. Oh, and she cheats on her husband infront of everyone and gets way too personal. I wish I could give this coach no stars. Please avoid playing at cypress college for indoor volleyball until this coach is completely out of the program. "

"Coach Nancy’s is poisonous. She lies and makes false promises to get good players on her team. She believes that players “should already know what to do”. She is lazy, crude, and condescending. Thanks to her lack of leadership starters are only playing for themselves and those at the bench are invisible to her until she needs them. "
