"Coach Palmer has not created a supportive or inclusive environment for all athletes on the team. It often feels like she shows clear favoritism, focusing her attention and feedback primarily on starters while offering little to no guidance or development opportunities to others. Many players feel they are not given equal chances to improve or earn playing time. There have also been instances of unprofessional behavior, including making inappropriate comments about players' bodies and gossiping about athletes during practice. This has contributed to a toxic team culture and a lack of trust between players and coaches. While Coach Palmer claims to value honesty and direct communication, many athletes feel misled or dismissed when they try to have open conversations with her. Overall, the coaching experience under her leadership has been extremely disappointing and discouraging."

"My experience with this coach has been pretty bad. She doesn’t know how to be a leader and take control of a team. She favors player and allows them to run her and the team. She allows players to disrespect, degrade, and verbally and emotionally abuse other players and doesn’t do anything about it. She says and allows racist acts and micro aggressions from her coaching staff and players. She overall shouldn’t be employed as a coach anywhere. She doesn’t understand the game and doesn’t know what she is talking about 90% of the time. She doesn’t genuinely care for her players and allows seniors to misbehave and mistreat younger class men just because they are older. She also takes advantage of of the younger girls shyness knowing that they are too scared to speak up and just take the abuse. She has created a hostile and unsafe culture for players and simply doesn’t care to do anything about it. Majority of people on her team hate showing up to practice and dread softball everyday simply because of the culture and abuse she has enabled and allowed to happen on this team!"
