"As a former athlete of Coach Q, he expressed his belief in me as a 400/800 runner I was skeptical at first but I gave him a chance, this was at a time where I was vulnerable and confused. He kept it real with me by saying he didn't know much about the 800 but he can help with me the 400 as he was a former short distance runner himself, he stuck by his word and that meant everything to me Coach Q is the coach any parent should trust to leave their young adult in his hands at Pratt Community College or any school he coaches at, his resume may be minuscule and someone might look at his age as a red flag and question how much does he really know about running but all it takes is for any student athlete is for an individual to believe in him so he can help you in the best way he can like he did with me I am forever appreciative of how Coach Q believed in me in a time where I was a young adult going through the motions unsure of where I was headed next, I had lost my love for the sport but with Coach Q by my side I had regained that interest Coach Q is the coach who will tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear. There is no getting comfortable around Coach Q when work has to be done as pressure creates diamond & he's going to make sure you reach your highest potential with him. I cannot express how thankful I am for Coach Q and I am rooting for him to fulfill his destiny to become a fulltime HC at a school whenever that time arrives. "
