"My experience with this coach is he likes international players. If you are an American player stay away. He makes a lot of promises to internationals on starting and playing time. Over the season he become frustrated with the losses and refused to make adjustments due to the players demanding their promises he made to them and threatening to leave. After losses he would pick a group of the team to blame. One game he blamed the bench for the loss because they didn’t bring enough energy to the team on the field. Be fired an assistant coach and said he wasn’t developing the players because he was looking for some else to blame. Never takes accountability. He will only speak to the players that play and disregards players with less time in the field. There is no open meeting to see what you can do to earn time. This is shot down immediately and then you will be ignored and put down in the upcoming weeks to show you his dominance and make you feel even less of a player. I loss my love of the game from playing with this coach. It was a very toxic environment from the coaches. Upper class-man who transferred in with the coaches said if this toxic environment continues everyone needs to transfer. In the college coaches world it is known not to play under this coach. Unfortunately the players world this information was not disclosed or I would have taken other opportunities for myself. So again if you are an American player stay away. Our team starters had 9 internationals and we lost a lot of games. Do yourself a favor and find a different coach to play under. "
