"Ron is a great guy and is very supportive of his players. He was honest with his recruiting and gives all of his players a fair chance. He is somewhat hard to relate to (which I think is ok for a coach). My biggest complaint was that I don't feel many players get better throughout their time at Skidmore, and if they do it is on their own time and not with the coaching staff. Also, in-game management can be occasionally frustrating."
