"I would be concerned that the Davenport SID changes stats via text message with student athletes. I would recheck all the stats because they are wrong. Another unethical violation that Ronda allows. Clear CHEATING happening. Justice didn’t like my daughter and didn’t change her stats to make her appear better than she is. Unfair favoritism and bias at DU. "

"As an outsider it’s interesting to me that you got rid of 3 coaches in the softball program. One being an all american and alumni of the program. Very odd things happening at Davenport. You allowed one coach to stay and got rid of 3? That makes no sense. Knowing Ronda she only likes you if you kiss her a*s so maybe that’s my answer. "

"As a parent it’s been hard to see the mind games Ronda has played with this team on the field. It seems she only starts a freshman catcher she has called and texted the entire year. Do you think it’s ok that an athletic administrator was playing a someone like a puppet to collaborate stories of jv players. An athletic administrator did this. Everyone knows about it. Ronda has made terrible decisions both on and off the field regarding our student athletes. She is the biggest narcissist I’ve ever seen. It’s sad to see the rewards to people that pushed her strange narrative. Ronda was jealous and couldn’t manipulate so that pissed her off. She’s a sad human. It’s telling that Ronda couldn’t be part of an investigation because she couldn’t be unbiased and then they found absolutely no wrong doing. The amount of wrong doing they would find on Ronda if they did an investigation would be massive. It’s disturbing what is going on at Davenport. "

"Reading through all of these the sad thing is they are all true. Ronda and the Davenport athletic department should be investigated. What is going on at Davenport and what they let the baseball coach get away is horrendous. He would have already been fired 100 times at any other institution but it’s ok they are winning now. The athletic department is all friends and they let each other do what they want. Unfortunately that includes unethical behavior with student athletes. Can’t fault the athletes I’m sure they think it’s fun. I do think ronda was mad the staff had the first ever player of the year and the most all region players in the history of being in d2. Left with a bad situation I think they made the most of it as well as building the team that’s playing well now. They finally got it right and I guess Ronda got jealous again. Really sad to see if you know the situation. Very unprofessional and unethical institution. Ronda has a black heart but everyone that’s ever known her already knows that. "

"Biggest narcissist there is. No room for that in an athletic department. Wonder who she will get/be jealous of next???? Hates successful women because they make her feel inferior. Biggest example of this is her hatred for the former men’s golf coach. A strong woman who is not only a baller golfer but a baller coach. Look at her resume, stops at BIG D1 schools. Ronda not only loathed her but talked s**t about her to everyone in the athletic department. Very professional. Being bullied out of jobs is what Davenport Athletics does best!! A clear pattern for all to see. "

"This team has been through it all. Ups, downs, and everything in between. The only good thing about the past coaches is they laid the foundation by recruiting good strong talent. The weak links of players realized they couldn’t cut it with this team and quit. The rest have stuck through and now with Ronda at the helm, that hard work is turning into more wins. Thanks Ronda for working to bring back the winning culture."

"When Ronda took over the team mid-season, everything changed. Stepping into a leadership role in the middle of a season is never easy. But Ronda didn’t just step in; she stepped up. She brought clarity, focus, and an unwavering belief in the group’s potential. Her ability to connect with players, adjust strategies on the fly, and instill a culture of accountability sparked an immediate shift. Under her leadership, the team found its identity. That’s the impact of a true leader: turning a challenging time into a turning point."

"DU softball was strong this year because of the work put in by the student athletes and previous coaching staff. The standards set by them and accepted by them and the hard work they put in TOGETHER made this team strong. You’re a disgrace to dismiss that. Ronda fought very hard to not have this team be assembled and wanted players on it that weren’t good teammates and bullied many of the players. Ronda is a low life for real. Anyone around this situation knows this is the truth and not fake. This is why so many people have taken to this platform. It’s sickening to many. "

"As someone who is new to Davenport University in general, and new to the softball program, I am absolutely gutted at the nasty comments that are being made here, hiding behind a screen is WEAK. Ronda is an INTERIM coach. If you know what that means, if not here’s a definition: an interim coach is a temporary coach who takes over a team when the regular coach leaves or gets fired. They’re just filling in until the team finds a permanent replacement. She’s not here to stay and coach the softball team for the rest of her life, it’s a temporary solution to a problem. Coaches got fired = interim coach. Problems fixed. It’s sad to see that people I once respected as coaches have done a complete 180° from who they were when I first met them, now posting things on here that not only attack Ronda but also are attacking us, the players on their OLD team. It’s childish, foolish, and down right disgusting and ridiculous. People need to move on and grow up. "

"Ronda has allowed so much unethical behavior at DU it’s shocking. She’s allowed the baseball coach to drink with softball players and thinks that appropriate behavior. She allowed a male basketball coach to be in a relationship with a softball player and then sent him off with a gracious email like he didn’t do anything wrong, She has allowed a full time facilities worker to be in a relationship with a football player. The list goes on and on and on. It’s disgusting what this university allows to happen. It should be called unethical U. Male trainers going into softball rooms late at night with the doors closed, disturbing you allow this to take place. You can only lie and be fake for so long. "

"Ronda and the Davenport Athletic department are pathetic leaders. The reason for letting coaches go is moving an infielder to the outfield and playing time. As a former coach, Ronda you’re a disgrace to the sport. You probably don’t even know because you’re not very smart that you have starting outfielders that were once infielders. Is that a demotion? A truly pathetic athletic department. Don’t get it twisted Ronda is the main reason this all happened. She didn’t do her job at all as an administrator and is a pathetic excuse for a SWA. After such reluctant and demoralizing attacks to not play any of these players on this current team she now is claiming their success. This team beat her jv cry babies 13-5 in the fall and that was somehow seen as BAD. Ronda said it wasn’t fair. Laughable joke of an athletic department. "

"To everyone saying that Rhonda is brining the team together, have you never heard of teams uniting because they DONT like their coach? This group has gotten along since the beginning if you’ve watched them play at all or talk to your kid at all. They have trauma bonded over having their worlds turned upside down. They are afraid to say anything or stand up to her because last time they tried she flipped it on them and got the rest of the admin to call them names and threaten them. Talk to your kid. And if she says differently I’d be worried that she’s part of the problem. Sucking up to Rhonda may be an okay choice to survive in the moment, but long term it’s a dead end choice that will cost you and your kid more than it’s worth. Good luck if that’s the choice you decide to make. "

"Someone who dedicated 5 years of my life to a school that has now become soft and listens to entitled athletes and parents that don’t know what hard work is. I think it’s insane you constantly post the belt on social media when we are aware you wouldn’t even let it be purchased. You should give the belts to the hard working players that WON them. Flaunting a tradition you know nothing about and had nothing to do what is disappointing. Same with the pirate flag. You embody none of the attributes those traditions were set on. Keep your beauty station in the locker room and get them a new prop. Thank god I’m no longer part of this program. "

Dedicated To Players Direct Creates A Great Team Culture Honest Knows The Game
"From a travel ball coach prospective you made the previous staff bring in almost 50 players in 4 years. What did you think that was going to result in for student athletes? Thats confirmation of being set up for failure and creating a toxic culture directly by athletic administration. Does anyone seriously think any coach in America would be successful in that situation. That creates unnecessary issues and stress for everyone having that many people. I feel bad for the coaches and the student athletes that were placed in that situation by leadership. I assume Ronda and the AD act like they did no wrong. There’s a reason this team is winning with 17 players on it. Add 10 more and see what happens. "

Dedicated To Players Direct Creates A Great Team Culture Honest Knows The Game
"Ronda knows her SID parties with the centerfielder I bet he got a promotion. Ronda knows a full time facilities worker was in a relationship with the qb I bet she got a promotion. Ronda knows the baseball coach drank with softball players, I bet he got a raise. Ronda knows the volleyball coach got blackout drunk with players, I bet she got a contract extension. The most corrupt and unethical institution. Ronda let a softball player be in a relationship with her basketball coach. Literally everyone at the school knows these things and nothing is done. Seriously, a sick place to be. DU IT. "
