"As a parent it was fun to watch this team in the fall before the mess and it was super fun to watch this team in Florida. That somehow got ruined because of playing time. This team is still very fun to watch but trust me it’s not because of Ronda. Ronda is a miserable human being and taking credit for nothing she helped build is disgraceful on many levels. "I played for DU for 3 years. I know your assistant coach has called you the C word multiple times. I find that hilarious. I also watched you put my coaches through hell and demean them every chance you got. We didn’t have the talent to be successful at this level and all you did was blame, point fingers and distract from the fact that you allowed Amber to not recruit anyone. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure glad Amber left she did nothing but mentally abuse us, which you did not care about at all. It was brought to your attention multiple times. You started jv and straight up ruined the program. Take some accountability and stop pointing fingers. "
"As a parent of several college athletes, I have nothing but good things to say about Ronda. She has stepped up to coach to fulfill the need and allow our daughters to finish this season. For years at DU, the softball program was very successful, yet with the last set of coaches it was declining. I believe that the previous coaches tried to bring in talented players, but there were several issues with the other players that resulted in toxic tension on the team. Most of those players left, and the remaining players are finally coming together as a team and are actually very good. From the sounds of it, many are still unhappy and what I can't figure out is why would anyone allow their daughter to continue to be abused or mistreated if that was really happening. If my daughter was experiencing what you are claiming she would be gone immediately. There is no amount of scholarship that would keep my daughter in that situation. My daughter does not get much playing time but knows that there are other girls that are ahead of her. She is glad to wait for her time as many college players do. So if things aren't working out for your daughter, why doesn't she enter the portal? Why are you letting her be mentally abused? If I can answer that for you, I would say it's because you are not who you say you are. It is evident by your posts and comments that you are disgruntled and angry, and lashing out at a coach who has nothing to do with your problems. Ronda started the softball program at Davenport, and she has a lot of stake in the game to see it succeed. We fully support her as the coach and hope she knows that this platform does not represent what people really think of her. "
"Ronda supports coaches who drink with athletes and are in relationships with athletes. This is evident when I played at DU. She allowed one of my teammates to be in a relationship with her basketball coach. She’s full of double standards and has displayed this behavior for years. Everyone knows it and talks about it but nothing ever happens. "

"Not one claim against Ronda that I read is false. She is a terrible human and is toxic. Playing at Davenport for 5 years I’ve witnessed a lot of abuse that is happening in the athletic department. The previous coaching staff was abused by this woman and her friends. It was personally sad to see as they were very nice people. Being at Davenport for 5 years I knew they wouldn’t last here because they had too much integrity and didn’t fit in. Shocking Ronda groomed JV players to start an uproar about playing time. Shocking she can’t leave them alone and stop using all of their mantras. Why is she even speaking about them to staff and players. Ronda has done enough damage. "

"Ronda wouldn’t do one thing for the program when I was there. It was a running joke and it made a lot of players really upset. I went to a game recently and they have heaters in their dugouts. Crazy how corrupt and withholding they were when we played. Wouldn’t help our coaches at all. Put everything on 2 people that literally were hand dragging the field at one point. The only smear campaign has been done to these coaches. I didn’t always agree with all of their decisions but could see they always tried to do the right thing. Davenport University isn’t built this way. They only care about baseball and football here and they get away with a lot of illegal things. Shame on you for treating us this way. "
"Ronda did build a culture of weak minded, soft players that were selfish and only cared about their personal playing time. This behavior from an athletic administration is completely backwards. We wanted our daughter to come to DU for the culture of teamwork, the pirate flag mentality, the belt, being a badass confident woman. Claiming that Ronda built that culture isn’t truthful and is truthfully a toxic claim. We do not want our daughter to come to a school that is full of people like Ronda. It’s sad to see because on the outside it looks like a great school and on the inside it’s truly dysfunctional because of leaders like Ronda. "
