"From the moment I arrived on campus, the mental and emotional abuse that ultimately forced me out of the program began. His shameless favoritism was apparent immediately, enforced through cruel mind games and shame tactics. Intimidation was his specialty through his unpredictable reactions and extreme personality shifts. His expert ability to guilt-trip and isolate players from their support systems is shocking. My decision to leave the program and give up on my lifelong dream was never truly a choice, it was survival. His friendly and positive demeanor is nothing more than a mask worn to preserve his public image. The coach who I once idolized and praised to anyone who would listen was nowhere to be found. My heart breaks for all the girls who lost their love for lacrosse and themselves under his leadership. Unfortunately my experience is not an isolated incident, there are multiple others who faced the same fate and yet he has faced no consequences or repercussions for his actions."
