"I hate to come on here and do this, but knowing what is happening in this program has forced my hand. I cannot sit on this information and stay quiet anymore. If you are not a favorite, you will not play. She will put her favorites on the floor at the cost of the team. Favorites are held to lower standards and are praised for the bare minimum. She will play you at the beginning of the season and then bench you for the rest of it for seemingly no reason. If she believes you are a hard worker and (also a favorite) everything you do will be great. She won't see the talking during weights, walking instead of running, mistakes, her favorites get away with EVERYTHING. Some of her favorites can't even pass a drug test. If she thinks you are lazy or wants to get mad at someone, it truly doesn't matter what you do. You could make ten three-pointers in a row, miss one, and she would get on you for missing the one. But her favorites basically can do whatever they want. She knows she does this too. The team wanted to do a TikTok about who you think is Coach's favorite, and she got angry and adamantly said she does not have favorites. Ask anyone on the team, they would name the same people. If you look at her recruiting class of 2022, 9 freshmen were recruited, and not a single one stayed until their senior year. Most aren't even playing anymore. She will pick who she wants out of the transfer portal and has no loyalty to anyone who has stuck by her. I just heard ANOTHER person got a scholarship taken seemingly for mental health reasons. Do not take a mental health break, she will say you can, but both people who took one got axed at the end of the postseason with no time to enter the portal. Her rules are not unreasonable; they just don't apply to the favorites. The team culture suffers because of her inability to control her favoritism. I honestly don't know how the athletic department has not put 2 and 2 together. She can be great (if you are a favorite), but as a coach, she has blinders on and only sees what she wants to see. She knows the game of basketball, but does not develop players. Anyone who has had success on the team is a transfer and hasn't been coached by her. She will put on a show recruiting-wise but please please please do not go here. Unless you are a favorite, you will not be developed as a player! "
