"she recruits REALLY large classes and basicly tries to weed out the "weak". There are so many girls who will never or will have very minimum playing time under Sara. She picks her starting 9-10 and sticks with it, then wonders why when mistakes happen nothing changes. I love the idea of fighting for or earning your spot but between the large roster size and making the occasional mistake, so many girls quit before ever stepping foot on the field. I would not wish this upon any player ever. The only positive take away from playing for her is that she is very organized and gives you some insites on practices and prepares pitchers for game day. If you are a pitcher tho she likes to keep a lot in her bull pen but only use 3-4 so be prepared to have limited pitching time."
