She dictates an environment of indirect racism and discrimination among the players and is inappropriately attached to some. Over uses the term culture to the point where it deflects from its true meaning. Does not care about team gpa or want her players to succeed in academics. Also doesn’t care about mental health or players who aren’t her favorite, or about their personal life."
