"Prior to earning the great coaching job at Springfield, he was an assistant coach there. In both capacities, he was not very receptive to certain team members for unknown reasons sometimes to a point of neglect. Nice person outside of the game, but not one who gives of positive vibes about his choosing style or ability. His philosophy also did not suit my playing style, which hindered my growth. "
