"An abrasive, emotional predator who is pathologically dishonest and is bluntly incapable of being empathetic to others. He is readily threatening and rages when he perceives that he cannot influence or control others’ actions, and oddly receives countering assertions or opinions as insults. He lacks accountability and is averse to acting with integrity. He instinctively becomes both verbally abusive and physically aggressive (can escalate to intentionally abusive contact) with those who he views as competition or superior in some aspect due to his own insecurities. His manipulative approach - and all of the above - is deeply ingrained and is not limited to his professional relationships. This man has absolutely no business mentoring anyone else’s children when he so seamlessly extends the same traumatizing behavior to his own children and their mothers. His numerous employers simply never bothered to genuinely discover who he is as a person, or at the very least, who he has been for the past two decades."
