"This guys is singlehandedly responsible for keeping Keith Detelj on staff.The coach has been there three years as women's head lacrosse coach and he has had three years of exit interviews by athletes and has IGNORED the women. He constantly starts sentences with "not to be sexist but"....you know when you lead with that it's sexist. he also holds exit interviews with NCAA compliance there and doesn't keep it confidential!!! Then Tim will question the outgoing class and say he doesn't hear from the underclassmen so the issue must not be that big.Hello Tim, you don't keep the confidence of the female athletes. The underclassmen are terrified to come to you. The compliance officer liz needs to do a better job keeping things confidential as well. NCAA is a broken system without the athletes best interest. Tim, do your job and fire this guy!"
