"he has very high expectations of the team and gets disappointed when we don’t live up to them, but he doesn’t let that get to him too much. he’s very motivating and sees so much talent in every person and makes sure you know how much you’re capable of. the schedule is intense and it is a big commitment so it’s hard at times if you have other things to worry about. but overall he creates a positive environment and makes sure that your injuries and needs are taken care of.
