"He is a coach who knows the game so well and coaches skills that are used at the D1 level. He gets hard on players, and that’s because he expects more and knows your potential. If he does get quiet towards a player, there’s a problem because he has given up on the player because they are not coachable and tries time after time to get them better. He is very big on team culture and he will do anything to get it where it needs to be. #1 rule if DO NOT LIE, you will get suspended or even kicked off for your actions if you get caught having something you are not supposed to have and/or getting in trouble for something. "
