"Should not be a head coach. Has zero knowledge of the game of softball (defense, offense, pitching, coaching). Is a pitching coach, AT BEST, however does not provide useful instruction, advice, or motivation for pitching staff... so can you even call her a coach? Desire/motivation to go to work= Nonexistent. Does not even coach third base in games... Puts on a front so that she does not lose her job... Lets the other coaches do her job for her... If you like a coach who literally does not give any advice... Terrible leader and communicator"
