"She starts off great. Trainings are good and builds a relationship somewhat to where there is a small connection. Although it is all a ploy. She does some stuff well like providing meals for the team but the other stuff is just worse and outweighs any of the positive that she does. She manipulates anyone she can, athletes, assistant coaches, community to make her seem like she's always in the right. She treats everyone as a personal assistant with no remorse of their own life going on and tries to guilt people if they have other obligations that do not line with her timeline. She also is always working on her personal business while at the pool and will leave at any given chance. She also waits last minute to do almost anything and does not work well with others. There was an assistant that was yelled at during the conference meet saying to him "I did not bring you here to coach. I brought you here to pull cords." That for me was shocking as she did it in front of the team. "

"When you first meet her, she looks like the perfect coach, but once you get really working with her, she does not coach effectively, vulgar language with no respect for other people including her coaches all the time. And blames all others for any mistakes that happen when on or off the deck."
