"Waylan left our school and my team (swim/dive) in the middle of our championship season (literally a month before conference) with no warning or anything for the rest of our season. Very set on doing things his way and likes to provide rude and aggressive comments rather than constructive criticism when coaching. Wouldn’t recommend him for any sports team other than football. Not a good coach, lots to learn. "
