The athletic department is clearly committed to investing in upgrades and keeping everything looking modern, clean, and professional. What I appreciate most is that improvements are not just talked about; they actually happen. From training spaces to locker rooms and common areas, there is a real effort to keep everything functional and looking brand new. The WATTS indoor facility is incredible and is a huge selling factor for the program, especially in the winter. Being able to train and practice inside instead of shoveling snow or canceling sessions makes a massive difference for development, preparation, and overall morale. The biggest strength is that the administration is proactive rather than reactive.
