"Not a motivational coach at all. He does not know his players and does not treat them fairly based on their skill set. He favors certain players while having other good players sit the bench with no opportunity. If a player makes an error he will bench them. He is a hot head with umpires and very jerky towards the players. Not someone I would recommend at all. He also has been fired from multiple coaching jobs for unprofessionalism.
