"The worst years of my life in college started when Tracy Coyne walked into the lacrosse program. She is a blatant liar to players, has random outbursts, will scream at and degrade girls to their face, will use personal attacks to get into players heads, will treat assistant coaches so poorly, will not communicate with players a set schedule, shows up late every day to practice and sits down, sometimes doesn’t show up at all. She almost lost her job for attacking players and excluding them from their teammates as much as possible. She wouldn’t let them in the locker room because they were unable to play in the season due to injury/personal issues, she wouldn't let them on the sideline and had them film games, and they could never travel to games or events with the team. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful woman. "

"Vanessa Steiner is the sole reason I quit tennis. I have never met such a heartless woman before in my life. She puts on a mask to recruiters bt as soon as you join the team her true colors show. She is unprofessional and too close and personal with her athletes. I personally had to file charges against her but lost the case bc the school hid it. "

The whole team was scared to approach her about anything, so they never really spoke up. Bad time management, we would get messages at approx. 11pm saying we have practice at 6am, leaving at 5:30am. "
