"Coach Mo is someone who has had a lasting impact on me, both as a player and as a person. Not only is she is incredibly knowledgeable about the game of lacrosse but the love she has for the sport clearly shows in her coaching and its something I think she passes off to her players. Coach consistently used her experience to help her players grow, improve, and was the first one to believe they were able to reach their full potential, often believing in her players before they believed in themselves. From film sessions, to individuals, to practice, she created an environment that was both competitive and motivating. She created a team culture where everyone felt supported. During my senior year, we had a few injuries throughout the season that effected our team mentally, she was the driving factor that kept us going as we all navigated a season none of us expected. She genuinely wants what is best for every person she coaches and is constantly pushing her players to challenge themselves, work harder, and become the best versions of themselves. "

"Coach Kenkel is by far the best coach I've had the pleasure of playing under in any sport. He is honest, direct, loves rugby, creates a great team culture, will help you outside of the sport. Being in shape definately helps with his practices, but there is no doubt your team will be the best in shape team in the league. He has a way of firing up every player and calls it how he sees it. He will do what is best for the team and he is very loyal to his players. It was a shame to see him leave the program I was a part of. "
