He doesn’t know the game of baseball and makes game time decisions to play favorites instead of playing to win. He leaves pitchers on the mound way too long. He has no idea who to have a winning team despite having some talent on his teams. He is racist and really only wants to recruit Spanish speaking players and can’t even attract the good ones. "
